Karim Moulai DRS 1/3

In the Maghreb
On the satellite channel "Al Hiwar" in the show "Biwuduh," the former DRS agent Karim Moulay, returned to his testimony on some dramas experienced by Algeria during the black decade. Massacre at Sidi Youcef Beni Messous in killings of people known or anonymous, Karim Moulay drew a picture of what people had suffered for years in the Algiers region.
The massacre of Beni Messous:
According to the testimony of Karim Moulay, the order to massacre the people had been given by General Toufik. It was an ideal investment for the family of the general who had workshops in the area and needed to expand their business, especially after receiving a lot of money and banks contracted lucrative contracts with the Saudis and Spanish. According to him, the nephew of General Toufik, the so-called Abdellatif, was already installed in places with three workshops and had urgent need of expansion.
"Abdellatif was a friend, I visited him often in his workshop in Sidi Youcef. But one day he told me, when he was welding the doors of his workshops, do not come see me between 2 and 10 September stressing the above ", testified the former official who added that more 200 people had been murdered the night of September 5, 1997, a few places only barracks. Thereafter, the remaining inhabitants had left the scene by selling their goods at prices really ridiculous.
